  • Our suggested attire is formal. We highly encourage bright, vibrant colors and patterns; no look is too bold!

  • Shuttles will leave from the Hyatt Regency, downtown Austin, at 3:30 to head to the venue.

    Shuttles back to the Hyatt Regency will take place at 9:30 and 10:30 PM.

    We highly recommend utilizing the shuttles, if possible, even if just for the return trip. It will be difficult to get ride shares back from Manor in the evening. Rideshare from the Hyatt to any lodging within Austin will be much more accessible.

    Cars left overnight at the venue will be locked within the gate and will not be reliably accessible for pick up the following morning.

  • While we love your children, we kindly request those under 13 be left out of the festivities.

  • It is very likely that a day in late May will hit ninety or over one hundred degrees - please plan accordingly! Our ceremony and cocktail hour will both be outdoors (max time outside - 1 hour, 45 minutes). We will have fans available to grab and utilize!

    The reception venue is maintained at seventy degrees; don’t worry, we will be dancing in AC!
