Charter Bus Option:

• Charter buses will pick up from outside the Hyatt Regency in Austin at 3:30 PM.

• Charter buses will run several return trips to the Hyatt Regency between 9:30 and 10:30 PM.

• Estimated travel time between the Hyatt Recency and The Grand Lady is 35-50 minutes.

Important Transportation Notes (If not taking bus):

• Upon arrival, the ceremony space will be down a flat path with an estimated walk time of ~10-15 minutes from the parking lot, please ensure you account for this additional travel time if you will be arriving separately from the charter buses.

• It is highly recommended you do not drive if you feel you may need to leave your vehicle - vehicles left over night will be locked in behind a gate with an unknown availability or timeline to retrieve them.

• Rideshares will be fairly easy to get from Austin to Manor (please ensure enough travel time if you choose this option - several central Austin entrances to the main interstate are under construction). However, it may be difficult to get a rideshare back from Manor to Austin - we highly recommend taking a return shuttle if you’re struggling to connect to a driver at your desired time.

• Fetii (Fetii.com) is a group rideshare company where you can schedule rides for larger parties in advance - this is a popular Austin service we would recommend looking into if the charter bus option is not for you.
